What you are paying for is for the peace of mind that the only bill you will end up with is the one covering the cleaning of your home.

For most jobs, we use a custom blend of sodium hypoclorite (basically bleach), surfactant (soap) and other specialty chemicals for specific purposes. These are industry standard, and both safe when used properly. The specific concentrations we will use on your house is calculated and blended on the spot depending on the condition of the house, the siding materials, types of plants nearby, and a host of other considerations. We also utilize a number of specialty chemicals for specific purposes, such as rust removal and gutter cleaning. Why don't we just blast away with our pressure washers? Trust me, it would be a lot easier for us to do that. We have large commercial pressure washing units that will happily remove organic growth and stains from siding and roofs. Unfortunately, they will also remove the siding and roof shingles. Maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but there is a common misconception that we are actually "pressure washing" your home. This could not be further from the truth. High pressure water can cause significant damage to all different kinds of siding, and will void warranties on asphalt shingle roofs. Instead, we use our proprietary chemical blends to gently remove organic growth and staining using pressure roughly equivalent to the pressure that comes out of your garden hose.

Regular house washing is ideal. North Carolina provides a very friendly habitat for organic growth (mold, mildew, algae, moss etc.) and annual or semi-annual cleanings will ensure that your house is always the cleanest on the block. Regular roof cleaning can also extend the life of your roof, and as far as driveways and sidewalks...well I'm sure you know how slippery they can be when they are covered in algae and moss.
